Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a report from ZenFish Marketing ("we", "us") on zenfishmarketing.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

Each report is market research about one business, prepared from publicly available information and the details you give on the order form. The deliverables for each report are listed on its page. Reports are delivered as PDF files by email.

Delivery

Each report is delivered within the number of business days shown on its page and at checkout, counted from the day after you order. Business days exclude weekends and the holidays listed on the order page. If we need something from you to finish the research, the delivery date may move by the time it takes to hear back.

Payment and taxes

Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Using the report

Once you've paid, the report is yours to use inside your business and to share with your staff, contractors and advisors. Please don't resell it or publish it in full.

No guarantees of results

Reports describe what we observed on the dates shown and recommend actions. Search rankings, AI answers, reviews and ad platforms change constantly, and your results depend on what you do and on factors outside anyone's control. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead or revenue outcome.

Public data only

We research only public information and the details you provide. We never ask for passwords. Information about competitors comes from public sources such as Google, review sites, the Meta Ad Library and the Google Ads Transparency Center.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
