Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ZenFish Marketing collects on zenfishmarketing.com and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to deliver what you ask for, and we don't sell personal information.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone, business details and anything you enter on the order form. We use these to research and deliver your report.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach this website or us. Stripe shares your name, email, billing address and payment status with us.
• Applications, contact messages and email sign-ups: what you type into those forms, used to reply to you or send the monthly email you signed up for.

Where it's stored

Order and form details are stored in the ZenFish Marketing Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Payment records are stored by Stripe. The website itself is hosted by Netlify and keeps no database of visitors.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice. If you accept, two tools load:

• Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are visited and whether orders are completed.
• Meta Pixel measures visits and orders from Facebook and Instagram ads, and lets ZenFish Marketing show ads to past visitors.

If you decline, neither tool loads. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.

Email

If you sign up for the monthly email, you can unsubscribe from any email or by replying "unsubscribe". Order emails are sent only about your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Contact messages and applications are kept for up to two years unless we work together. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@zen-fish.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
