Each report looks at your business the way a customer and a competitor would see it. No passwords are needed. Every finding comes with the evidence and the date it was observed, so your team can check it and act on it.
What's needed from you
About three minutes on the order form: your business name and website, where you are and the area you serve, your main services, and any competitors you have in mind. If the research team has a question, they'll email you within one business day of your order.
After the report
The plan is yours to run with your own team. If you'd like someone to own it and manage the people doing the work, that's what the Fractional CMO service does.

Where does the research come from?
Only public sources: your website, Google Search and Maps, your Google Business Profile, review sites, your social channels, the Meta Ad Library, the Google Ads Transparency Center and US Census data. No passwords are ever needed, and every finding in the report includes the date it was checked.
How is the delivery date counted?
In business days, starting the day after you order. Business days skip weekends and these holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (July 24), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day. Your exact date is shown before you pay and again on the confirmation page.
What do I need to give you?
A few minutes on the order form: your business name and website, where you are and the area you serve, your main services, and any competitors you have in mind. Links to your Google profile and social pages help but are optional.
Who writes the reports?
The ZenFish Marketing research team, under the direction of Fractional CMO Jarem Frye. The team uses software, including AI tools, to gather data and draft faster, and every finding and the evidence behind it is checked before the report goes to you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund any time before the research starts. Once research has started, anything wrong or missing in the report is corrected instead. See the refund policy for details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Does this work for my kind of business?
Yes. The reports are built from your own website, Google listing and category, so they work for dentists, roofers, restaurants, clinics, resorts, vacation rentals and most other businesses that serve customers in a local area.
